We have thawed and subcultured CHO-S
®
cells at both 130 and 150
rpm on a 1" (25 mm) diameter platform, with the only difference
being a slightly increased growth rate at 150 rpm. A range is provided
here for your convenience. However, we routinely use 150 rpm when
culturing CHO-S
®
cells in shake flasks.
