| Incubator Parameters
When using a shaking platform inside of a static incubator, be sure
to temperature-map the platform so as not to incubate cells over hot
spots (and to ensure that you achieve the desired culture temperature).
Don't use a bacterial culture platform (smaller than ¾" in diameter) for
mammalian cell culture.
What incubator parameters do you use for mammalian cell culture?
Table 2 provides the incubator parameters used at Thermo Fisher
Scientific with an Infors Multitron Incubator with a 25 mm throw.
If your shaking incubator has a different throw, we recommend
that, prior to initiating cell line development, CHO-S
